Seeking Committee Members!
We are excited to announce that 2026 marks the 25th anniversary of the library’s current building at 280 Main Street. To commemorate this milestone, we are seeking interested people to serve on a committee. The committee will plan and carry out events leading up to a grand celebration on June
10, 2026.
All interested in helping, please come to the next meeting on Tuesday, January 13th at 4:00
Rutland Free Library lends a variety of items to its patrons, including books, DVDs, puzzles, and a mobile hot-spot.
Onsite patrons have access to wi-fi, fax, printer, and study rooms.
The library also has 2 meeting rooms that are available for non-profit groups to reserve. Click on the appropriate tab to learn more about our collection and borrowing regulations.
